we're looking at another dry afternoon. here is the look from max defender 8. you can see nice and clear conditions coming in for this afternoon and expecting it to remain dry for the rest of the evening. also occurring at the lake club, 80 degrees with our winds coming in fairly light out of the east at about five miles per hour. 80 degrees from newport ritchie as well you. can see a nice breeze there with a flag flapping in the wind. east winds coming in t eight location and we are going to be looking at mostly dry conditions over the next several days. temperatures, low 80s to upper 70s at this point. another very comfortable afternoon. sitting at 82 in apollo beach. 80. and 81 in brooksville. temperatures currently really exactly where they should be for this time of the year, sitting in the low 80s. so heading through the rest of tonight, we'll see the northeast winds continuing.
and we are not seeing any showers developing. the air is too dry. we'll be lucky if we see a few clouds around. overnight, temperatures will not be quite as cool as they have been the last couple of days. so we'll fall back into the mid to upper 60s. it is not going to be this crisp of a feel. lit with near 65 in newport ritchie. we should be around 63 tomorrow morning and 65 in sarasota forecast coming up. >> thank you. right now a little league in st. petersburg is struggling to pay its bills. >> the company that handles registration and fees didn't pay the league $35,000. we went to find out why. >> reporter: northeast little league started the season without any money, with only three weeks left in the season, the league president david van says he is still getting the run around. >> the dog died. sorry, i have been out of town.

the rotating tricep extensions, you can do tricep push-ups. there are a lot of exercises to target the back of your arms, but also you want to focus on your shoulders, your biceps. your back of the arms, to get rid of the arm jiggle, that is important. >> it is frustrating if you have it and then you see somebody with great arms, it really make as difference. yeah. >> a lot of people are so worried about the rest of their their arms. >> exactly. just targeting that significant area you will not decrees the fat. and six to eight hours of sleep so your muscles repair and rebuild that is important, too. >> so with guys and gals, it is a big difference. they'll want to get jacked arms and they really want to work at it. i hear women complain they don't want their arms to be too big. so you can control the reps and
>> yes. men tend to graveuate to heavier weight. focusing your body weight, really squeezing and resisting and toning those arms. you want to work them to fatigue, so literally when they're starting to shake. a great exercise is hinging at the waist and really isolating those muscles and working that small range of motion. >> so you can do a lot of that stuff at home. >> if you would like to focus going to the work-out class, but you can do it in >> and even if you are pregnant. >> yes. i have been doing it the entire pregnancy because i want to bounce back quickly. >> that is another problem, too. when you have your baby and moms are trying to get back into shape, prebaby, it is always good to continue that working out. >> absolutely. it will help you bounce back that much quicker. >> any final tips for people who want to work on the arm ? >> the holidays are coming up. especially for the females wearing the dresses. just really focusing on getting
